VIRALBOT STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Service Description

ViralBot Studio (hereinafter referred to as ViralBot) is an AI-powered video generation service operated by Command The Land Ventures LLC. By submitting this form you are requesting video content generation services under your active ViralBot subscription plan.

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1 ViralBot offers three subscription tiers — Starter, Growth, and Agency — billed monthly.

2.2 Founding member rates are locked at the rate established at the time of purchase and will never increase for active subscribers.

2.3 Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal.

2.4 Agency accounts require a one-time implementation fee of $997 in addition to the monthly subscription fee.

3. Video Generation and Delivery

3.1 Video requests submitted through this form will be fulfilled within 24-48 business hours.

3.2 Starter plan subscribers are entitled to 10 videos per month. Growth and Agency plan subscribers have unlimited video generation subject to fair use guidelines.

3.3 Videos are delivered via download link sent to the email address associated with your account. Download links are active for 7 days from delivery.

3.4 ViralBot does not guarantee specific view counts, subscriber growth, YouTube monetization, or any specific business outcome from videos generated through the platform.

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

4.1 You retain full ownership of all video content generated through ViralBot using your submitted topics, channel information, and instructions.

4.2 By submitting a video request you confirm that your requested topic, channel name, and any provided materials do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4.3 You grant ViralBot a non-exclusive license to use anonymized examples of generated content for marketing and demonstration purposes unless you opt out by emailing [email protected].

4.4 Videos generated through ViralBot may contain AI-generated imagery produced by third party services including Kling AI and ElevenLabs. You agree to comply with the terms of service of these underlying providers regarding commercial use.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ViralBot to generate content that:

5.1 Contains false or misleading health, medical, financial, or legal claims

5.2 Defames, harasses, or targets any individual or organization

5.3 Violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service

5.4 Contains hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting protected classes

5.5 Infringes on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property of any third party

5.6 Promotes illegal activities or violates any applicable federal, state, or local laws

6. Refund Policy

6.1 ViralBot offers a 7-day money back guarantee from the date of initial purchase for new subscribers.

6.2 Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the original purchase date. You must have requested and received at least one (1) video in order to request a refund.

6.3 Refunds are not available after the 7-day guarantee period or after more than 3 videos have been delivered under your subscription.

6.4 Implementation fees paid by Agency subscribers are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.

7. Service Availability

7.1 ViralBot uses third party AI services including Kling AI via PiAPI, ElevenLabs, and Shotstack to generate video content. Service availability is subject to the uptime and availability of these underlying providers.

7.2 ViralBot is not liable for delays caused by third party service outages, API limitations, or force majeure events.

7.3 We will notify subscribers via email of any planned maintenance or known service disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 ViralBot and Command The Land Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ViralBot shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Service and Terms

9.1 ViralBot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect.

9.2 ViralBot reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update features of the service at any time. Founding member pricing commitments will be honored regardless of feature changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ellis County, Texas.
